Directions for Printing Labels From Excel

  1. Save Excel Spreadsheet

  2. Open Word Document

  3. Click Mailings

  4. In Mailings click Start Mailings Merge >> labels

  5. Click Okay

  6. Select Recipients >> Use an Existing List

  7. Click okay

  8. Instant Merge Field >><< First Name>> <<Last Name>> click shift enter <<Or current Resident>> click shift enter and continue that pattern until you have entered the zip code **Add spacing in between first and last and city and state. Also add a comma in between city and state. **

  9. Click update labels

  10. Click Preview Results

  11. Click Finish & Merge >> Edit Individual Documents >> click okay

  12. Highlight all labels and center them

  13. Print
