Directions for Printing Labels From Excel using Avery 5160 labels

Save Excel Spreadsheet
-
Open Word Document
-
Click Mailings
-
In Mailings click Start Mailings Merge >> labels
-
Make sure Avery 5160 is selected!!!!!

Click Okay
-
Select Recipients >> Use an Existing List

Click okay
-
Instant Merge Field >><< First Name>> <<Last Name>> click shift enter <<Or current Resident>> click shift enter and continue that pattern until you have entered the zip code **Add spacing in between first and last and city and state. Also add a comma in between city and state. **

Click update labels
-
Click Preview Results
-
Click Finish & Merge >> Edit Individual Documents >> click okay

Highlight all labels and center them
-
Print
