Directions for Printing Labels From Excel using Avery 5160 labels

  1. Save Excel Spreadsheet

  2. Open Word Document

  3. Click Mailings

  4. In Mailings click Start Mailings Merge >> labels

  5. Make sure Avery 5160 is selected!!!!!

  6. Click Okay

  7. Select Recipients >> Use an Existing List

  8. Click okay

  9. Instant Merge Field >><< First Name>> <<Last Name>> click shift enter <<Or current Resident>> click shift enter and continue that pattern until you have entered the zip code **Add spacing in between first and last and city and state. Also add a comma in between city and state. **

  10. Click update labels

  11. Click Preview Results

  12. Click Finish & Merge >> Edit Individual Documents >> click okay

  13. Highlight all labels and center them

  14. Print
